Count Rows

Hey Everyone,

I am using excel 2010.

I am trying to count the number of rows in a column. I use the code below but it keeps giving me the wrong number of rows.

Num_Rows = Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Rows

Num_Rows = Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Rows
should be
Num_Rows = Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
