Please help! I downloaded many columns of information into a spreadsheet. Now I need to sum the information in all of the cells (which contain the dates that an even happened; column A) and the number of peple involved in the incident on that date; which would be column B) since I am pulling the infomation from a database, I never know what the date or indicent will be, so there are or cannot be static like a reference to speak of. How can I do this? :eeek:

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

Im trying to figure out how to post a JPEG of the spreadsheet into this topic. Having problems with doing that. Maybe I can send you a screenshot image somehow.... I will try to send an email to you....

I will try to explain...

I created data transfer using MS Query that pulls this information into a spreadsheet. Once the data is pulled down, I would like to run either a Macro OR have a pivot table to do the calculations for me.

I would have preferred that Mike put this on his YouTube page for reference as I think it would be pretty nifty to have. But, if some good examples already exist, I would like to see a documented process in how to do this.
