Hi all

i had some excellent help on this thread
http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2708748#post2708748

but now I would like to go one step further and add a further criteria

cnp jan cnp 02:45:00 £250.00 1
jan mar secure 04:23:18 £150.00
feb cnp 18:15:00 £1,000.00
jan cnp 04:30:00 £200.00 2

so A1 and A2 our the reference cells and what I want is if cell B1 and C1 match A1 and A2 cells it counts like above.

What is the best way for this?
regards
