What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Try:

=COUNTA(A101:INDEX(A:A,LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:A101="Table"),ROW(A2:A101))+1))
-COUNTIF(A101:INDEX(A:A,LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:A101="Table"),ROW(A2:A101))+1),"")

Not tested.
