Countdown Clock

Hi guys,

I am looking to create a countdown lock that will be in a continuous 20 second loop.

Would this be possible via a formula or is vba the only way?

Unless I'm mistaken, a formula will only calculate when something forces it to, such as changes to values in cells that are involved in the formula, or manually calculating by choosing calculation options from the ribbon or keyboard input (e.g. F9). So VBA is really only the practical way. I presume you meant update the time in a cell every 20 seconds?
