Counted number out of Total

I'm hoping this is possible without using more than one cell. Can you get Excel to count a series that are greater than a certain number and display the results out of the total quantity. For example:

1
1
1
2
1
1

If I wanted to count where greater than 1 it would show "1 of 7" instead of just "1"
