Countif date Using VBA

Hi,

Can any one help me out in getting solution for the below question?

I have column of data as shown below. I need to get the count of cells where date is equal to 4/19/2011. I can use the below formula in excel workbook but it counts only if the cell contains the only date (without time).

=COUNTIF(B:B,"="&DATE(2011,4,19))

But since my data contains both date and time i can't use the above formula.

Can any one suggest a VBA code to get the count?
