CountIf Help

I have column E that has apples or oranges as values in the cells. Column F has new or old for it's values. What would the CountIf function be if I wanted to count all the apples in E2:E400 AS LONG AS they are also old? Thanks!

=SUMPRODUCT(--(E2:E400="apples"),--(F2:F400="old"))
