CountIF? IF?........???

I have a workbook that has 9 pages (days) and 1 page (final). We either will use 7 of the pages (7 day ticket) or 9 pages (9 day) for our reporting. My question is, is there a way to have it count whether we did 7 days or 9 days? I may not be wording this correctly. I basically want the final page to know which we used for the "days of tickets" section.

Why not just put this information in the cell before you start the workbook?

Why not just put this information in the cell before you start the workbook?

Put in the amount of days? We are not sure as to when the job tickets will stop as we get that when the oil rig shuts down.
