Hi all,

I am trying to use the indirect function to specify the column letter in a countif statement but having issues on getting it working.

As per below screenshot, the column letter is specified in column E and then in column F, I have added the following formula:

=COUNTIFS(Sheet1!E3:E1486,$C$1,Sheet1!$N$3:$N$1486,"<0")

I would like to user the indirect function to replace the "N" with whatever letter is in column E.

Any help or guidance on this, would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you
