countif match question

Here is a minor challenge for someone.

Column B has either "days" , "afts" or "mids".
Column c has "molder" , "lead-op" or "helper".

How do I count the number of times "days" appears next to "molder" ?

Formula in A1. There are blank cells here.(if it matters)
