Countif Question

I am using the following formula:
=COUNTIF($A$5:$A$201,A4)

I want to use it on cells A5 through A201 and K5 through K201. How would I represent this?
=COUNTIF($A$5:$A$201,A4) and =countif($k$5:$k$201:a4)

Is there any way to represent this in one cell?
