I have several lines of data. Sometimes data that is pulled into my master spreadsheet has blank rows. I need a VBA function that states from rows 25 to 56 and from rows 96 to 127, if a 1 is not present in column A, then hide that row.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
If the cells concerned will be blank, and not just <>1,then this may work for you:

Code:
Sub hideInRange()
    On Error Resume Next
    Range("A25:A56,A96:A127").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeBlanks).EntireRow.Hidden = True
End Sub
The on error is if there are no blank cells.
