I have a table similar to the one below. Column A shows the start time and column B the end time. In cells C1:C7 I have a list of calculated elapsed times.

I need to count the times that are between column A:B. There are many hundreds of rows and this is only a small sample.

Despite trying to use the CountIf function I cannot resolve what would seem to be a simple problem so any help would be appreciated.
