Hello,

CountIfs = D:D="W", $AM4="Yes", $AS4=$AW4
All 3 have to be true to count of 1.
Range = AM4:AM35

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying

I found the solution using SUMPRODUCT.
Excel Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT((AS4:AS35=AW4:AW35)*(AM4:AM35="Yes")*(D4:D35="W"))
