I have a sheet that has a list....

I am trying to count the number of 1 in range AU2:AU1000 but only if the value in range AC2:AC1000 is equal to "WATSON"

would COUNTIFS((AU2:AU1000=1, AC2:AC1000 is equal to "WATSON"), AU2:AU1000) work?

Please help....

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
