COUNTIFS including OR

Hi,

Trying to create this formula... but there seems to be some error. Cant seem to figure out how to combine COUNTIFS with OR

=COUNTIFS('In Native source'!$A:$A,$A4,'In Native source'!K:K,"no")+OR('In Native source'!J:J,"a",'In Native source'!J:J,"b",'In Native source'!J:J,"c")

So the first two criteria are obligatory, bot have to be, and then it can be either of the three following.

=SUM(COUNTIFS('In Native source'!$A:$A,$A4,'In Native source'!K:K,"no",'In Native source'!J:J,{"a";"b";"c"}))
