COUNTIFS trouble :((

I'm looking for a formula that if there is 1 or more "Yes" in coulmns G-J it will only count those once but will also count potential "Yes" in columns F, K, and L and 1 per "yes" for each of those columns. Ex. if column K was also a "Yes" and all other values remained the same, column M should show a value of 2. Thanks for your help!

=SIGN(COUNTIFS(G7:J7,"Yes"))+SIGN((F7="yes")+COUNTIFS(K7:L7,"Yes"))

=SIGN(COUNTIFS(G7:J7,"Yes"))+SIGN((F7="yes")+COUNTIFS(K7:L7,"Yes"))

That worked perfectly! What if I have the same situation but the formula should only count 1 if there are "Yes" in 3 or more of columns G-J? Ex. if column K was "yes" and columns G-H were now "No". The formula should only yield 1. Let me know if this was confusing or I can explain further. Thank you so so much!!
