I have four columns for attendance for each quarter. How do I count if all four are blank for a person and then total that at the end? The highlighted cells are representative the person did not attend all year.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
What are your expected results for that data?

I am wanting a percentage of the number of people that attended at least one of the four meetings during the year. I have 230 people total. How many of the 230 attended at least one meeting?

That does not really answer my question & is totally different from what you asked for.

I apologize. I guess I did not understand your question. I will mark as solved and close the question.

Not sure how you get 40% with the data in your image, but is this what you want.
