Counting BLANK Cells with conditions

Hi,
This is probably really simple, but I am not able to get my head around it.
In the attached screenshot, I have a sheet of around 600 entries, I want to count the number of empty cells in column J, where column A is not blank (greater than 0)
I will be placing the formula on a new sheet, referencing the sheet below is called "2022"
Thank you in advance.

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
COUNTIFS should work in 2013...

=COUNTIFS(2022!A:A,">0",2022!J:J,"")
