Hi everyone

Would be grateful for any assistance in counting cell colours.

I have a dashboard (image attached) and I want the number of red, green and black cells to be counted onto the dashboard for each aim shown, so aim 1 has 3 actions, the actions for aim 1 is shown on a different sheet (image attached) and I want the reds, greens and black from the sheet for aim 1 to be populated on to the dashboard against aim 1 to show progress by counting the number of reds, greens and blacks.

The red, green and black are drop downs and there is conditional formatting used

I do not want to use vba as the spreadsheet will be hosted onto a ms teams site shared with others and don't think vba works on ms teams

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Kets

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Count, not by the color, but by the condition you're using in Conditional Formatting
