Hi Guys,

I have the followidng problem. I use a database program to hold information about the number of times my customers use a guest pass over the course of a year. The software outputs this in a nice easy to view excel spread sheet.

This spreadsheet is then saved for use later in the year. When I come back to use this I need to be able to total all of the "A", "S", "C" and "I" in column "C".
Anyone have any ideas on this? Also can it be done at a late date when the data is static and no longer being modified?

Thanks guys,

Will.

Will,

Are you trying to total columns "A", "S", "C" and "I" into column "C" or are you attempting to total anything in column "C" that has these letters? If you would please provide a little more clarity on what exactly you are trying to do.

Thanks
Luke
