Counting duplicates

Here is what I have:

Seq# Route# #of Stops
20 200 ?
30 200 ?
30 200 ?
40 200 ?
20 201 ?
30 201 ?
40 201 ?
40 201 ?
30 202 ?


I am trying to calculate the # of stops on a route sheet for each particular route#. Some entries have duplicate sequence #'s and I would like for those duplicates to count as one. Any help would be great!!
