Counting Email Data

Hi, I have been given a report from our email server and have been asked to count the number of times the sender has emailed people and the number of times the subject has been used.

eg:

So, can a pivot table be created which would count:

Number of times jsmith@dummy emailed hbrown@dummyland.com and the number of times it was "Monday Meeting" as the subject.


Sorry if this is vague.

Yes, this is exactly the sort of thing that a pivot table would be well placed to assist with. Populating the pivot table fields as below, and filtering it by the email subject, you would get the results in the following screen capture:
