I need help on a formula. I data in the Column L. I want to count the number of times Column L has "No Contact" in it and Column M is blank. This should be pretty easy but I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Try

=SUMPRODUCT(--(L1:L100="No Contact"),--(M1:M100=""))

Here is the formula that I have:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Courtney!L:L="No Contact"),--(Courtney!N:N=""))

However, I am getting a #NUM! error.

Unless you are using Excel 2007 you can't use whole column references like L:L.

Using SUMPRODUCT, you cannot refer to whole columns . You must use a range like VoG's example. This might not be true in Excel 2007.

That did it. I just manually referenced most of the column. Thanks for the help. You guys are great!!!!
