I need help on a formula. I data in the Column L. I want to count the number of times Column L has "No Contact" in it and Column M is blank. This should be pretty easy but I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Here is the formula that I have:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Courtney!L:L="No Contact"),--(Courtney!N:N=""))

However, I am getting a #NUM! error.

Unless you are using Excel 2007 you can't use whole column references like L:L.

Using SUMPRODUCT, you cannot refer to whole columns . You must use a range like VoG's example. This might not be true in Excel 2007.
