Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Hi, welcome to the forum.

You can give this a try sheet event code a try.

Change the range of cells where you want this action to occur.

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("A1:A100")) Is Nothing Then
    Target.Value = "'" & Replace(Target.Value, " ", "+")
    Cancel = True
End If
End Sub

good morning

actually when i try to double click on the cell where i entered the value the result showing as the last number with a " ' "

like if I entered the following values in a cell one by one

i.e 1 5 3 2 4 1 6

after entering the last value the cell should shows the addition of the value i.e 22 and

after double click on that cell the value is showing only '6 on that cell,
i want that it should show =1 + 5 + 3 + 2 + 4 + 1 + 6

that means i have entered the following no. of Notes received in a cell

Good Morning;

i want that it should show =1 + 5 + 3 + 2 + 4 + 1 + 6

So you want a formula in the cell after the double click? If so give this a try:

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("A1:A100")) Is Nothing Then
    Target.Formula = "=" & Replace(Target.Value, " ", "+")
    Cancel = True
End If
End Sub
