Hi,

Is it possible to count the number of optionbuttons on an userform?

Regards

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
You could loop through all the controls on the form and check each one to see if it's a optionbutton.

Something like this perhaps.
Code:
Option Explicit

Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Dim ctl As MSForms.Control
Dim lngCntOpt As Long
Dim lngCnt As Long

    For Each ctl In Me.Controls

        lngCnt = lngCnt + 1

        If TypeOf ctl Is MSForms.OptionButton Then
            lngCntOpt = lngCntOpt + 1
        End If

    Next ctl

    MsgBox "There are " & lngCnt & " controls on the form, and " & lngCntOpt & " are option buttons"

End Sub
