Hi!

I get daily a report showing how many pickups our company has to do, but I want Excel to count per hour how many they are. So far I do this manually, but I suppose there is a way to get Excel to count them for me.
The report looks like this:
Column A:¨
08:11
08:21
08:27
aso.

If Excel chcks column A it should find that there are for example 15b pickups between the hour of 08:00 and 08:59.

Could someone give me a clue? Thanks!

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Do you mean something like this?....

Excel Workbook
ABCDE
1Pick Up Times*FromToCount
208:12*08:0008:594
308:23*09:0009:593
408:42*10:0010:592
508:57*11:0011:590
609:00****
709:05****
809:55****
910:00****
1010:12****

I hope that helps.

You could also use a pivot table. As long as there are no blanks or text values in the Time column you can group that on hours and get a delivery count without using formulas.
