Counting text values in SharePoint columns

Hello,

I have created a custom list in SharePoint and would like to know if you could help with a formula that will help me count the number of instances the text shows up within the row.

The word real shows up in multiple columns and so does the word fake, I would like to put in a calculated value formula to give me the number of appearances.
