Couple Questions

1. If I'm running a macro, is there a vb script that will allow me to select a certain option from a drop down list? For instnace, if the options are Pending and Complete, and I want the macro to auto select Pending.

2. With that same cell, if it is selected as Complete, how can I loop through that sheet, and move the rows that have Complete in that cell to a separate sheet?
