Create a condicional list for large number of data

Hello to you all!

So, let me explain my problem! I have a spreadsheet wuth 2 sheets:
1st sheet: List of values to Feed data to a "Form" (Attached image with 4 columns (column 3 = concatenate of column 1 & 2)=.
2nd sheet: Form
In the 2nd sheet - Form, I want people to:
1- select in column A a list of families (feed of column 3). This step is easy as I go to to data>list>select the list;
2 - in a column B, depending on the value in column A, there should be a conditional list. I thought about naming the sub-family data sets, but there are a series of problems:
  • Lots of lines, so do it by hand has a lot of work involved;
  • Formulas > Create from selection. As the families repeat itself in several lines, depending on the subfamily, have several words and special chacarters, I can't perform this.
