Create a flowchart from spreadsheet data?

Is it possible to create a flowchart in Excel using information from the spreadsheet? I'm thinking of something like this:

Column A would contain the text for each step/decision
Column B could indicate what shape the Column A text should have
Column C would have either 'yes' or 'no'
Column D would have the "Yes" result
Column E would have the "No" result
Arrows would be added automatically.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?
