Create a TimeLine Graph

Hello everyone
I have 2 columns
Timeline column - for this purpose, each period indicates a number of days
The second column is the name of the employee who works during that period.
It can be as you can see that the employee works for several periods of time.
So I create a pivot table that count each period and employee.

I would like to display a timeline so that on the x-axis I will see the periods (column of the time axis) while on the Y axis I will see the workers.

I tried everything,
