Create Check boxes based on combobox selection

Is it possible to create check boxes by what is selected in a combobox? I have a set of products and based on the selected product, you have a given number of options you can add.

Product list:
Product A
Product B
Product C
Product D
Product E

If product A is selected

Option A, Option B and Option C

If Product B is selected

Option A, Option D, option E.

Any help would be great.
