Create multiple xml files from excel headers

HI all,

Every month I have a major excel file with many columns and rows (it could be 300, 1000 rows, it's variable), as for the columns headers it's always the same.
If there's 1000 rows, I need to create 1000 metadata xml files from each row based on a xml file template.

My workflow at the moment using macro:
-select the entire row and run macro shortcut line by line and then paste it to notepad++ with generic xml files open
The macro consists of:
-copy the selected row in active sheet
-paste the values of the selected row in sheet1 which contains a formula
-copy the contents in sheet2 with the values from sheet1 creating the xml file structure
-return to active sheet

I'd like to create those files in bulk, some vba code to parse the contents of the excel file and generate the correctly formatted xml's.
Is this doable?
If you need code samples let me know.
