Create my own permanent Quick Access Data Form on a UserForm in VBA?

I just found out about Data Forms that excel has built in to the quick access toolbar, and it is pretty much exactly what I need for my UserForm! However, I want the form to be permanently on the UserForm while permanently selecting a certain range of data. Is this possible?
