Create Sheets

Hi All

I have following data in 6432 rows (may be more rows) in Sheet1 and I want to split (copy) data of 1000 rows by creating Sheets of data

Suppose Macro creates new sheets of every 1000 numbers and aslo create sheet of remaining number which are less than 1000.

jonmo1, thank you very much, it works fine but I want sheets name to start with series numbers like 1,2,3,4,5....... after the sheet1.

to
NSheet.Name = "Sheet" & Sheets.Count + 1
