Creating a conditional formula with greater and less than

How do I create a conditional formula that meets the following conditon:
if O1005 is greater than 2.94, AA1013 is less than .21 and T1004>=T1007

=AND(O1005>2.94,AA1013<0.21,T1004>=T1007)
