Creating a hyperlink to a list

hi,

I have created file paths in my excel document, ie in cell O2 would be c:\\my documents\test.pdf.....

In my column O, is a list of such paths. But they are not hyperlinked. How do i make these paths all clickable hyperlinks that work.
