Hello all,

I found this site using google and hoping that someone here can help me.

I am analysing 24 answers to questions (across 20 worksheets), where people rated each question from "strongly disagree, disagree, agree, strongly agree" in that sort order. Its a massive sorting task (480 sorts to do) and wondered if I could automate the function using a macro.

its set out like this for each question

The person is friendly and respectful
Strongly agree 4 10%
Disagree 3 8%
Strongly Disagree 10 25%
Agree 20 50%

The data is in columns A,B,C and I want to sort according to strongly disagree, disagree, agree, strongly agree. I know how to do this manually, but I have to sort 480 questions like these.

Can anyone help?

After doing this I have to produce a bar chart for each question, so basically 480 bar charts. So hoping similar help.

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
