Creating A map using 3D

Hi

Hope someone can help, I have been sent this spreadsheet and been asked to upload this in to 3D Map and show the regions, and the number of items sold. I dont have postcodes so not sure this is possible. is it and am I just not "getting it"

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
