Could anyone advise how I would go about creating a new spreadsheet with selected data that meets a set criteria in another worksheet.

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Are you asking for VBA code, or just to do this manually?

Manually, you could filter the data on the original sheet, select all, copy.

On the target sheet--paste special, check the "skip blanks" box, and then "values and number formats".
