I am trying to create a chart were cell reads the level of complete based on where the x is placed in the chart. I also want it to read "NA" and to place "NA" or "blank" but no zero in the "% Complete" column. I think I need to use an "if statement" with some vlookup. I have vlookup reading the % complete. My vlookup formula XLOOKUP("x",I13:CO13,$I$7:$CO$7,1). If there is a better way of doing this im all for it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
I think I understand what you are asking. Try this:
=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH("NA",I13:CO13,0)),"NA",IFERROR(INDEX($I$7:$CO$7,MATCH("x",I13:CO13,0)),""))
