Hi,
I am trying to find a way to automatically keep track of when the date of my next refill and the date when I will run out using the information below

TODAY'S DATECLIENT NAMEMEDICATIONTHERAPUTIC CATEGORYANY DUPLICATES?TODAY'S MED QUANTITY DATE FILLEDPILL QUANTITY AT DATE FILLEDHOW MANY TIMES PER DAY TO TAKE MED?NEXT FILL DATEDATE PILL WILL RUN OUTCRITICAL DATE TO OBTAIN MEDICATION
7/27/2022LasixCARDIOVASCULARNO277/27/2022301x<<<need this>>><<<need this>>>

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Assuming that "DATE PILL WILL RUN OUT" is column K, and assuming that in column "HOW MANY TIMES PER DAY TO TAKE MED?" you insert a number (1, not 1x), then try
in K2: =INT(G2+H2/I2)-1
in J2: K2-3
This seconf formula assumes a 3 days early notification, so adapt to your need

Thank you! That works. How do you do an automatic pill count down from Today's date and Today's med quantity?

I worked on DateFilled, QuantityAfterFilling, and PillQuantityPerDay, and calculated "DATE PILL WILL RUN OUT" (and beware I inserted "-1 day" because I cannot be sure whether the refill is early in the morning, before any day medication, or late in the evening, after all day medications)
