I want an excel file to track team members production vs. required production daily. Here are the variables....
1. A team member is required to produce 3x the value of his comp + payroll taxes + retirement comp
a) Employee hourly compensation: $20 x 7 hours = $140 + (7.65% of $140) + (Retirement contribution $50) = $200.71
b) Required production: $200.71 x 3 = 602.13
c) Team member is likely to work on multiple jobs a day. Each project has diff values.
I'm not sure how to go about this or how to format. Excel is a foreign language to me.
