Creating Form from existing file

Dear Sir

i want to create form from my existing excel file, now i have file which have 15 column and i have to scroll left & right but i want one page where i can see all the details in one screen like Data Menu > Form, but in this limited text show the text box not show whole text., so i want form where i can also use find option, my heading like this

Why not just create a userform using the headings as labels for textboxes?
