Creating new tab

lI have a macro that references tabs based on data in a spreadsheet. However, I have run into some instances where that tab is not currently existing. How can I have the macro create a sheet when it isn't present w/o crashing?

after End Sub

Function WorksheetExists(WSName As String) As Boolean
On Error Resume Next
WorksheetExists = Worksheets(WSName).Name = WSName

End Function
