I need to create a report of data that I have on a worksheet. However, the data that needs to go in the report is in a number of different cells and not organised in single columns or rows.

Is there a way of generating reports using VBA or in excel itself if possible?

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
what I have done is record a macro while fixing the layout of the data. As long as the data is the same when you start the macro should auto arrange everything. It does take a few trys...

Er...I don't follow.

You have a sheet with data all over it and you'd like Excel to create a report? What report?

Can you please explain in clear detail what you need and we'll try and help. :)

I need to create a report showing teh results of some calculations carried out in the excel worksheet, i.e the report could be some sort of screen/chart/table which will show the user the results obtained from these calculations.

Ideally this should be done in the same manner as the user forms in VBA, ie a screen with a series of values (the results) pops up on screen when clicking a button on the worksheet

Do you understand what I need?

Sounds like you have the assumption that excel will just kick out a report... You will have to explain more because it sounds like you have a dump of raw data that you need to make a report.

We need to know more info, what exactaly are you trying to do?
