creating tutorials

i want to create a tutorial, similar to the ones you find on the Microsoft site, the videos. How can I create a tutorial of my SS as I voice over it?
Is this something I can do within Excel?

Thanks but I cannot use my Mac to do his because I do not have excel on it.

There is a PC version. That is the one i use since I do not own a Mac.

I just found a mac that had excel and used Quicktime to record.
