I am creating a User Form for a database which has too many fields for the built-in "Form" command that exists in Excel. I have considered creating search commands for a few elements of the database, however, on consideration it would be better to try to create functionality similar to the Excel Form Criteria search function so that searches can be made on any element of the user form. I would also like to include the ability to use the Next & Previous options which this command includes.

It would also be useful to be able to search by multiple criteria and also to generate reports based on the search criteria, perhaps in a separate worksheet created by the request.

I appreciate that this may be quite a complex piece of VBA coding but if anyone can put me on the correct path to start this project I would be grateful as I am sure that I would not be able to examine the code in Excel.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Glad to hear you got the solution.

If you would like to post the solution then it is perfectly fine to mark your post as the solution to help future readers. Otherwise, please do not mark a post that doesn't contain a solution.
